UNARMED PATROL OFFICER: Several Full Time and Part Time positions opened.
Applicants MUST be able to read, write and understand all instructions in English, have an Unarmed Guard Card, and transportation.

Summary
Guard(s) patrol assigned property/properties checking assets as directed in post orders.
Patrol building and grounds of properties, walking regularly, being alert of any violations of property rules and regulations.
Write detailed report to be turned in at the end of each shift.
Watch for and report irregularities.
Report/Document theft, vandalism, trip hazards, pool issues, broken windows, lights out, security related maintenance issues.

Education and/or Experience
Required skill. Minimum high school equivalent education.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English, write clear and detailed reports, ability to clearly communicate with residents and others.
* 90 Day Initial Probationary period. Advancements based on performance and reviews.
