Bottle Baby Goats - Doeling & Buckling DOB 12-5-23

I have twin Bottle Baby Goats in time for Xmas! DOB - 12-5-23 Mom is a Full Silkie Fainting Goat & the dad is either a Silkie X Nigerian or my Full Silkie Buck. I think it’s most likely the full Silkie Buck due to coloring on the little buckling. The Buckling is the Darker one. Both babies already have thick wavy hair! These 2 would likely be a great choice for a 4h project or a first time bottle baby. I’m always available to help anyone who gets their farm animals from us by sharing any knowledge I have. Bottle babies are a great way to start with goats because they should be easy to handle & will help as your herd grows if they become herd leaders which many do because they can grow up to be so confident. They are well started on a very easy formula that’s affordable, always in stock & Ive never had a bottle baby that had trouble with it. They are easy to feed & drinking enough at a time to sleep 8 hrs at night b4 their AM feeding. They are also starting to drink more each feeding so that they last longer between them. The little doeling we call “Bebe” likes to be held with her front feet up while she nibbles on your cheek b4 she takes her bottle. The buckling we call “Billy” is very independent & just wants his bottle but he loves to be pet & get attention. They switch off until they are full. They were both already much bigger & stronger than most kids we have so I would be ok if someone wanted to take them now or I will hold for a closer to Xmas Date with deposit. I usually wait until my bottle babies are at least a week & sleeping all night b4 they go to new homes. I do expect a few more moms to kid between now & Xmas. Those I will sell with their moms for buyers who need goats in milk over winter. I only have 1 mom I may keep for milk & sell her kids as bottle babies. She normally has twins. Price depends on if the buyer takes both or just 1 if they want the Doeling or Buckling. Then also when they plan to pickup. Please specify when u text. Text Only!
