Busy real estate practice is seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions. The firm has three attorneys and two assistants, and is located in Oak Brook (near the mall). Applicants should have at 3+ years experience handling real estate files, including opening files, client correspondence - especially regarding home inspection issues, drafting attorney modification letters and closing docs/figures, ordering HOA docs and surveys, and scheduling closings.
