Job Summary: To support Sales Associates in all aspects of the sales process in order to maximize revenue. Essential Functions 1. Prepares quotes for potential customers through CRM & ACCPAC and client packages for sales team 3. Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications and is responsible for the sampling process and inventory of marketing items 5. Utilize Auto Cad to produce scaled drawings for sales staff and clients 6. Assist Business Manager/Sales People in scheduling deliveries/showroom drops 7. Tracking, expediting orders and providing shipment ETA updates when necessary 8. Help with trade organization functions 9. May provide pricing support to sales staff by estimating custom architectural and flatwork projects 10. Assists with web lead generation; may qualify all web leads, research new projects found online and in magazines, and/or distribute web lead information to sales management or sales team Required Education and Experience 1. Associates or higher degree in business management, architectural design, interior design, industrial management or related field or equivalent combination 2. Stone and tile experience preferred. 3. Computer skills to include MS Office and POS systems. 4. Ability to change and adapt to a fast-moving business environment...technological changes and product advancements require an open mind and flexibility to be successful. 5. Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. 6. Must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation to and from client's office or home. 7.
